About.

Hello! I’m Damaris Kangai Musera, Founder of Kangai Kinetics. I am a dedicated Biokineticist who uses movement as my primary tool – specialising in orthopaedic rehabilitation and the return to play process, injury prevention and sport performance. I cater to both individuals seeking to enhance their physical well-being and high-performance athletes. This comes from the belief that everyone has a right to full rehabilitation and restoration. My practice is science based, simple, personalised and confident in the role of physical activity in healing our bodies, souls and minds.

I’m also solar powered! I feel happiest “outside” in the sun, by the ocean, in forests or the mountains or “inside” with a book and too many cups of tea.
